It is time to start thinking about getting your annual flu vaccination. The New Milford Visiting Nurse and Hospice would like your support. Did you know that any money generated at our flu clinics goes right back into the community? With these funds we are able to offer quality health programs as well as Home care and Hospice services to people of all ages. MARK YOUR CALENDAR: NEW MILFORD VISITING NURSE AND HOSPICE WILL BE AT THE BRIDGEWATER SENIOR CENTER ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4TH 10 – 12 FOR FLU SHOTS.
THEY ACCEPT MEDICARTE PART B, AETNA, ANTHEM BLUE CROSS, CONNECTICUT CARE AND HEALTH. THEY WILL NEED A COPY OF THE MEDICARE CARD OR THE PRIMARY INSURANCE CARD. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COST YET FOR THOSE WITHOUT INSURANCE.
