The Governor "Delayed Phase 3 to a Future Date" on Monday July 6th stating concern for increased cases in other States.

When Phase 2 of Re-Openings began on June 17, 2020, we at Hilltop Center,
Town Hall and the Local Health interpreted that Senior Centers could begin
preparations for Re-opening.
We began with Social Gatherings on the Patio following the general
Guidelines and they were gratefully received.
When we talked to the Health Department about having some inside
activities,
We were told no since Governor Lamont wanted Senior Centers to remain closed.
Further investigation led to the fact that Senior Centers are
tentatively included in Phase 3 which is now scheduled for Monday July 20, 2020.
Unfortunately there is now talk of delaying Phase 3 because of bad
behavior
